Role: Sr. UX Designer with FIGMA Onsite Location: Parsippany, NJ- Hybrid Duration: 12+ months Job Description: The Sr User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) Designer will inspire their product team to integrate high-fidelity UI/UX into current and future development efforts. He/She will work with cross-functional teams to lead the development of engaging, positive user experiences and intuitive interfaces for digital solutions for UPS customers. This position will define the visual and interactive user experience for products that play a central role in future development efforts. The Sr UI/UX Designer will utilize established UI/UX design standards, guidelines and strategies that will serve as the foundation for creating cohesive experiences. He/She will champion the integration of the user experience team and these concepts within UPS and will be responsible for building upon this foundation as the UI/UX capabilities mature within the organization. Experience partnering with product managers, product owners, Marketing and Technology stakeholders to understand the digital product vision, customer needs, digital experience goals & desired features on public-facing websites, mobile apps, and internal applications. Primary Skills: Experience creating user focused concepts and end-to-end journeys. Experience ensuring all designs are aligned to brand guidelines and the established design system. Proactive and confident in collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process. Adept at communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, wireframes, and pixel-perfect compositions. Excellent visual design skills.
