Job Title: Portfolio Management Working Location: Westchester, PA (Onsite) Project Duration: Contract Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational goals. Serve as a key advisor to executive product and engineering leadership on program progress, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources. Program Management Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical programs, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Define program objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Drive end-to-end program lifecycle management from initiation to closure. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, identifying dependencies and managing risks. Develop dashboards and reports to track program performance and communicate updates to leadership. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, operations, and business teams. Manage expectations and resolve conflicts among stakeholders. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of technical program managers, fostering professional growth and skill development. Build and maintain a high-performing team culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Process Improvement Optimize and implement program management frameworks, tools, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Measure and analyze program outcomes, ensuring lessons learned are applied to future initiatives. Technical Expertise Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to understand project requirements and technical constraints. Ensure that technical solutions align with business needs and long-term strategy.
