Partner: UST Technical Project Manager/ Technical Program Manager looking for a Technical Project/ Technical program Manager to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in US. The ideal candidate must possess excellent background on Front end and backend development technologies. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team. Requires 10+ years IT experience, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or knowledge of and proficiency in project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple releases in a time sensitive environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Skills: Proven experience in program management within the software development industry. Experience in Agile tools is preferred. (JIRA, Confluence, Agile Craft) Experience in Web and mobile development and cloud migration projects Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Program Planning and Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan outlining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define the program's strategic objectives and align them with organizational goals. Create and communicate a clear vision for the software development program. 2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance engineers, and other supporting roles. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development. 3. Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure that projects are executed according to industry best practices and quality standards. Creating and managing Budgets 4. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and changes. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other relevant stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Proactively address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations. 5. Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements. Work with resource managers to ensure the availability of skilled team members. Optimize resource utilization and make recommendations for additional resources when necessary. 6. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish and maintain effective testing processes. Ensure that software products meet high-quality standards and are thoroughly tested before release. 7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the software development life cycle. Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.
