Strong experience in building oncology treatment plans, order sets, smart forms, therapy plans, and treatment plans. Proven experience troubleshooting and supporting interfaces, especially between CTMS and Dimensions in EPIC. Familiarity with building BPA (Best Practice Alerts) and OPAs (Order Protocol Alerts). Ability to hit the ground running with build skills and systems implementation. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Encora is a plus. A background in research or oncology is beneficial but not required. Responsibilities: Support the implementation, upgrade, and ongoing support of complex application systems, primarily within EPIC Beacon and Research. Ensure all systems are thoroughly tested before implementation into production. Document and describe complex processes and procedures relating to current and future systems environments. Provide user training and mentoring, specifically on system functionality and capabilities. Offer guidance on system analysis & design, specification development, and documentation. Provide on-call 24x7 application support as required. Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues between CTMS and Dimensions. Work with the team to build and maintain RSH records, as well as manage interface work using RPE. Participate in system training, documentation, and troubleshooting efforts. Lead and mentor team members in system build tasks and solutions. Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in EPIC system administration, build skills, and application support.
