Philadelphia, PA (hybrid Onsite) : Duration: Long Term Contract UST Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Full Stack Developer (FSD) with strong expertise in Java, Node.js, and API development. In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing both back-end and front-end solutions, developing scalable APIs, and working with cloud technologies. If you enjoy solving complex challenges and want to make an impact by building cutting-edge software in a collaborative team environment, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable back-end services using Java and Node.js. Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. Implement and maintain modern front-end solutions with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions. Work with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deploy and optimize applications. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both front-end and back-end applications for performance and security. Contribute to the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring to ensure best practices are followed. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry standards. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to business stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines. Health care domain experience preferred but not mandatory. Should attend offshore, onsite and client meetings as per the requirements. Should practice and exhibit USTs core values at work: humility, humanity, and integrity. Should be flexible to work during overlap hours up to 10:30 PM IST based on business requirements. Required Qualifications: At least 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proficiency in Java for back-end development. Strong experience with Node.js for back-end services. Extensive experience with front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.). Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services. Solid understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git). Understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices. Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, version control (Git), and automation tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize applications for cloud environments. Nice to have Qualifications: Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions. Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of serverless architectures and cloud-based services. Experience with DevOps tools and processes for CI/CD. Familiarity with GraphQL for API development. Exposure to additional programming languages or frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, Python). Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
