Requirements We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated support analyst with a strong background in Python (2-3 years hands on experience) and UiPath basic to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues under tight deadlines, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a deep understanding of Python development, BOT server management and system integration. The role requires an individual to manage and resolve the incidents, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, monitor system performance and report any deviations. Key Skills: High proficiency in Python development (Hands on experience) Basic UI path knowledge Incident management and trouble shooting Key Responsibilities: Logical Trouble shooting and Problem Solving- Analyze and resolve complex issues within Python & RPA workflows. Use logical thinking to quickly find solutions when working under tight deadlines. Incident Root Cause Analysis- Investigate, analyze and identify the root cause of incidents passed on by the L1 Support team. Implement the fixes to resolve the issues efficiently. Model improvement and prompt fine tuning based on HITL feedback, work with supplier team for planning and resolution. Timely monitoring of Production executions- Provide backup support to the RPA & GenAI development team particularly in BOT management. Monitoring the production BOTs at the set frequencies based on the volume and time sensitivity of the processes and report any deviations, execution failures or any abnormalities to the concerned team promptly. Fixes and Testing: Identify, Test and implement the minor and critical fixes within workflows. Ensure fixes are tested thoroughly before deploying to production following best practices for QA and Deployment.
