The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and building intelligent virtual agents (IVA) using Google Dialog flow CX/ES. Key Responsibilities Architect and Design Solutions: Develop scalable and efficient conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow (CX/ES). Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define use cases, and create chatbot conversation flows. Development: Design intents, entities, and training phrases to ensure a natural and intuitive user experience. Integration: Integrate Dialogflow with external systems such as CRMs, ERPs, databases, and APIs. Customization: Implement advanced features like context handling, fulfillment, webhooks, and multi-language support. Optimization: Perform regular testing, tuning, and optimization to improve bot accuracy and performance. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to deliver seamless solutions. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical and architectural documentation. Training and Mentoring: Train and guide junior developers and team members on Dialogflow best practices. Required Skills and Experience Technical Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow (CX/ES). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. Familiarity with natural language understanding (NLU) and machine learning concepts. Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (P). Experience with version control systems such as Git. Knowledge of other conversational AI platforms like IBM Watson, AWS Lex, or Microsoft Bot Framework (a plus).
