Expert Level Resource Requirements | | 2.a. | Vendors proposed Expert Level Resource must have: An Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years experience and 2 years or more experience testing webbased software, Edifecs file processing software, EDI transaction and integrated eligibility systems.
