Communicating EHR software configuration with external and internal stakeholders. Working with external stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimizations. Experience in engaging users to troubleshoot and resolve EHR application-related issues. Nice to have skills: Experience in Agile environment and System development Test scenarios, test script development, test traceability and maintenance. Working in a government or correctional environment. Existing knowledge of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) EHR software. B.A. shall have experience with the ability to understand and document Business requirements. Remote or onsite Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. On-site day one, then 100% remote in the State of Wisconsin.
