DataStage Development: Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using IBM DataStage. Database Integration: Work with heterogeneous databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and PostgreSQL, to enable seamless data replication and transformations. Cloud Integration: Implement and support CDC processes in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, P). Automation: Develop scripts (Python, , Perl, etc.) to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor CDC and ETL processes, resolving issues and ensuring high availability. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, configurations, and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Hands-On Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience with IBM Infosphere Data Replication (CDC). ETL Expertise: Proficiency in IBM DataStage for building and managing ETL pipelines. Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL). Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, scripting, or Perl. Cloud Familiarity: Experience integrating CDC processes with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or P). Data Warehousing: Knowledge of data warehousing and real-time data processing concepts. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in data replication and ETL workflows. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
