The successful candidate will collaborate with various business and engineering teams to build and enhance market-leading surveillance products. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to define clear product scopes, ensuring product delivery, and measuring success. Key Responsibilities: Product Delivery & Coordination: Lead end-to-end coordination of product development with partner product teams. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the surveillance product suite, ensuring all products meet user needs. Stakeholder Collaboration & Product Strategy: Work with business teams to define the product vision, success metrics, and outcomes. Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and make decisions based on user and stakeholder needs. Gather feedback and perform research to validate user needs, uncover gaps, and suggest new product features. Data Analysis & Insights: Use SQL, Python, and other query languages to perform data analysis across various data platforms. Research and verify user needs and uncover additional opportunities for product improvement. Provide insights into user adoption and product effectiveness, reporting findings to surveillance leadership. Product Launch & Adoption: Manage product launch activities, ensuring smooth adoption and success. Create user documentation and training materials to support product launches. Required Skills: Strategic Thinking: Ability to set long-term goals and develop a product roadmap for achieving them. Understand business context and user needs to inform product strategy. Communication Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders, including executives, developers, designers, and users. Ability to clearly articulate product vision, goals, and outcomes. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of data visualization applications, Python, and SQL. Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform complex data analysis. User Empathy & Research: Ability to understand and empathize with user needs through research and feedback. Translate user insights into actionable product decisions.
