In lieu of degree, will consider combination of training, certifications, and years of experience. Minimum four (4) years of experience in data science data mining, and/or data analysis. Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and cloud-based systems. Experience in large-scale, high-performance enterprise big data application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS (Amazon Web Services). Possess strong architecture & design experience, including at least three (3) years of experience working with production enterprise applications in AWS (Amazon Web Services) that use large scale data elements. Experience with data visualization tools and methodologies. Experience with studying and interpreting large data sets in support of real-world operations. Candidates must possess effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent customer skills are necessary as well as strong aptitude to learn and adapt to modern technologies. Ability to adapt well to diverse environments and work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work. Ability to be self-organized and motivated to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications: AWS (Amazon Web Services) Certification (any) Even Better: Prior experience with metadata management to include meta tagging. Experience with Amazon KMS (Key Management Service), Apache Hadoop, Apache Hive, Databricks, Flyaway, Hibernate 4, Kafka, Kibana, Liquibase, Logstash, PostgreSQL, SharePoint.
