Role: Informatica PowerCenter Developer Location: Malvern, PA(Hybrid) - Locals or nearby States candidates Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Job Description: Total IT Experience required 10 Years At least 7+ years of proven experience in DWH (Oracle) and Informatica implementation, support and design projects Needs to have experience in production support projects based on ITIL Methodology Needs to have experience in scoping projects and needs to be strong in creating innovative solutions based on business requirements. Design, Develop, Test and Migrate Informatica & Database Objects (tables, Views, Procedures). Familiar with Data Warehouse Concepts, Oracle DB and Informatica ETL tool. Complete design understanding and assist with developing, documenting, and performing system and user acceptance tests. Experience to handle offshore Team. Domain Industry experience particularly well versed with commissions business. Experience working with On-site & Off-shore teams Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline. Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders. Should be proficient in conversation on various aspects of technology and architecture with business leads, IT leads Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams Consulting services (pre-demand work with limited scope, effort estimations and technical solution design for requests for change referring to break-fixes and questions not limited to break-fixes) Support for Incidents and requests Provide initial indications for IT Change Requests Incident Management, ticket-based dealing with operational problems Continued compliance assurance for coding practice as defined Answering end user question Handling of customer requirements workshops, documenting the discussion, drafting the action plan and execution of the plan to closure.
