Proven expertise in supply chain domain processes and best practices. Hands-on experience with Oracle ECC, OER, and APO. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience leading large-scale implementations or upgrades in Oracle ERP environments. Certification in Oracle ERP or related modules is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Act as the lead architect for Oracle ERP and EPM implementations, focusing on supply chain processes and solutions. Design, configure, and implement Oracle ECC, OER, and APO solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop innovative solutions that leverage Oracle's capabilities. Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Provide strategic guidance on best practices for Oracle ERP/EPM and supply chain optimization. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, configurations, and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle ERP, EPM, ECC, OER, and APO. Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and business outcomes. Lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
