Lead a team of 3-5 employees and manage 10-20 contractors from an architectural perspective. Required Skills: Strong capabilities in search and network is a must Extensive SailPoint Architecture hands-on experience Experience leading a team of SailPoint Developers Excellent communication skills 8+ years of diverse IT experience, or equivalent education and experience.
