Hands on with delivering simulation projects 2. Taking ownership of the Modeling & Simulation activities working with customers in their facility 3. Interacting with the Manufacturing System Engineering team 4. Understanding the requirements and estimating the efforts required 5. Creating Technical proposals and work with TCS Business teams in providing required inputs for commercials 6. Defending the simulation outcomes and the recommendations 7. Developing a team of Modeling & Simulation experts & Mentoring Skills Required: SAP BRIM CRM, CC, Mediation & Simulation, Data Architecture and Modeling 1. At least level expertise in a. Modeling complex Automotive & Non-Automotive manufacturing systems including warehouse & Material handling / replenishments. b. performing Discrete Event Simulations / Material Flow Analysis c. identifying multiple What-if scenarios in the real manufacturing d. Performing multiple What-if scenarios e. Bottle neck analysis f. Line balancing g. Developing custom reports h. Understanding the reports and suggesting recommendations / changes 2. Able to build logics and create simulation models based on various production logics. 3. Should have strong programming knowledge C / C++ / Python. 4. Strong knowledge on industrial engineering terminologies like takt time, cycle time, MTBF, MTBR, OEE etc. 5. Experience working with tools like Rockwell ARENA, Tecnomatix, Anylogic, Flexsim etc. 6. and assembly process knowledge. 7. Should have good experience using Excel VBA and other microsoft packages. 8. Experience using 3D Modelling and CAD tools. 9. Develop custom libraries.
