Provide leadership and mentorship to Identity engineers. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Identity space. Required Experience: 9+ years of experience in enterprise-wide Identity implementations, focusing on access governance, identity management, and policy enforcement. Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and Saviynt IGA. Proven track record in implementing PAM solutions such as CyberArk, HashiCorp, and Delinea. Expertise in MFA/SSO solutions, including PingID, Duo, Azure MFA, Okta, Google Authenticator, and RSA SecurID. Strong leadership experience overseeing Identity engineering and compliance teams. Familiarity with governance frameworks and regulatory compliance standards. Experience working with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform. Proven ability to develop RBAC policies, access risk management, and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant Identity tool certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta). In-depth understanding of IAM principles, access control, authentication protocols, and governance frameworks. Strong knowledge of authentication technologies such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, and LDAP. Experience working with databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Bean, and Power.
