Position Description: Work with IT and business teams to identify and implement technology solutions that align with business goals across development and production. Design and develop enterprise architecture and strategies while overseeing engineering efforts to support the companys IT strategy and integrating new technologies using established governance processes. Provide technical expertise to IT leadership to help create strategic IT plans that support business objectives. Foster relationships with business and IT partners and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders. Stay up to date on industry trends and evaluate new technologies for potential business benefits. Assist IT managers in evaluating staff performance, supporting career development, and recognizing achievements. Lead a team of 3-5 employees and manage 10-20 contractors from an architectural perspective. Required Skills: Great search and network capabilities a must Extensive SailPoint Architecture hands-on experience Experience leading a team of SailPoint Developers Excellent communication skills 8+ years of diverse IT experience, or equivalent education and experience. Expertise in change management for new technology implementations.
