We're looking for a talented Snowflake DBA/ DevOps Engineer to support their Enterprise Data Platform team. In this role, you will work closely with our Product, Engineering, IT, and Data Science teams to build best in class infrastructure supporting data across the company. This is a strategic, high-impact role that will also help shape the future of the Enterprise Data Platform. Fot this role, you will need to be a Senior Level candidate ( 12+ years of overall experience) with 4 years of experience as a Snowflake DBA and extensive experience with AWS services. For this role we need the following qualifications and experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience software applications supporting data lakes, data warehouses and data applications on AWS for large enterprises 4+ years experience as Snowflake DBA. Experience of Python/SQL, JavaScript and experience building Stored Procedures Experience of AWS services such as CloudFormation, S3, Athena, Glue, EMR/Spark, RDS, Redshift, DataSync, DMS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, KMS, SM etc. Experience working with CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Alerts etc. End-to-end data solutions (ingest, storage, integration, processing, access) on AWS Implement high velocity streaming solutions using Amazon Kinesis, SQS, and Kafka (preferred) Migrate data from traditional relational database systems, file systems, NAS shares to AWS relational databases such as Amazon RDS, Aurora, and Redshift Migrate data from APIs to AWS data lake (S3) and relational databases such as Amazon RDS, Aurora, and Redshift Snow Pro Core Certification preferred AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer Certification required Experience with Salesforce, Workday, and SaaS Platform integrations Experience in CI/CD implementation of Snowflake data Platform.
