Must-have Skills:

Expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB, OMT, Flow Designer.

Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle and processes.

Hands-on experience with CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM components.

Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with cloud technologies and SaaS environments.

Proven track record in ITSM tool implementation and ITIL process areas: Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
