Collaborate with front and back-office teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Optimize algorithmic trading strategies for fixed-income products and ensure smooth integration. Work with real-time data feeds (e.g., FIX, Reuters, Bloomberg) for market data processing. Improve system performance and automate workflows. Participate in the full SDLC in an Agile environment.Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Python development, especially in financial services. Strong understanding of financial products (e.g., bonds, MBS, ABS, derivatives). Proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, QuantLib, and Matplotlib. Experience with real-time market data feeds and financial trading systems. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on reliability and scalability. Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and data storage solutions.Preferred Skills: Experience with trading applications and fixed income systems. Knowledge of cloud-native technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD integration. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Git. Must have excellent communication skills. Education from U.S. universities is preferred.
