Please find the job details below: Job Title: Business System Analyst (Collections and Recovery) Location: MOUNT LAUREL, NJ (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: 5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst in collections, recovery, or financial services. Strong understanding of collections & recovery lifecycle, including delinquencies, charge-offs, repossessions, settlements, and bankruptcies. Experience with collections and recovery platforms (e.g., FICO Debt Manager, CACS, Experian Tallyman, TSYS, or similar). SQL expertise for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, etc.). Strong knowledge of financial regulations governing debt collections and recoveries. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge business and technical teams.
