In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our financial planning and analysis processes by leveraging your technical expertise in Oracle EPM and ERP systems. You will be responsible for data analysis, report development, system maintenance, and providing support to end-users. This position requires a strong blend of technical and analytical skills, coupled with a keen interest in financial processes and a collaborative work ethic. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: EPM System Administration & Support: Administer and maintain Oracle EPM modules, including FreeForm Cube, Workforec Planning, and Task Management. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and system stability. Monitor system performance and implement necessary imizations. Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using various tools (e.g., SmartView, Oracle Analytics). Conduct in-depth data analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario planning. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses to support business decisions. Develop and maintain comprehensive data documentation. Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the forecasting and budgeting processes, including data collection, validation, and consolidation. Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for management. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. User Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users on Oracle EPM and ERP functionalities. Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials. Act as a liaison between end-users and IT to resolve system issues. ERP System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle EPM and ERP systems. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ERP modules relevant to finance. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the Oracle EPM and ERP space. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience working with Oracle EPM modules (FreeForm Cube, Data Pipeline, Dimensionality, Scenario Planning, Workforce Planning, Task Management preferred). Experience with Oracle ERP systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. Proficiency in advanced functions and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong desire to learn and grow. Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle EPM Planning: Data Pipeline, EDM data movement, Cube, Dimensions, Actual vs Working scenarios. Adhoc analysis using SmartView and other Oracle EPM reporting tools. Atleast one Oracle EPM implementation experience. Deep understanding of EPM integration with ERP cloud.
