Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite with 2 days work from home) Duration: 4+ Months Certified Scrum Master Job Description: Job Responsibilities Include: Familiar with Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile development methods Facilitate team events daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives Lead, and work alongside, teams of developers, Product Owners, QA staff May lead multiple Scrum teams. Guide, coach, motivate, and lead the team toward high performance and predictable results Evangelize Agile values and principles throughout the organization Encourage effective communications between team members and other teams. Identify and track risks, impediments, and issues affecting the team Remove or help remove impediments.
