Equivalent combination of education and experience in supporting the HR function with technology considered. 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience required including an understanding of the Data Model and Foundational Objects; understanding of Integration Center and Dell Boomi desired but not required. Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office Suite - specifically MS Excel (knowledge of formulas and functions, VLOOKUP, pivot tables and charts), MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Experience with MS Visio, desired but not required. Desired Competencies Ability to work independently as well as work in a collaborative team environment and take direction from senior departmental staff. Ability to trouble shoot technical problems and make recommendations on appropriate solutions. Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities. Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality (data security is critical) Ability to organize and prioritize work. Ability to take ownership of problems and use initiative to resolve. Strong customer service skills and ability to deal courteously/effectively with others.
