Position: SAP FICO Consultant Location: 100% Remote (N eed Occasional on-site presence in East Hanover, NJ ) Duration: 6+ Months Job Description Key Responsibilities: Global Support: Manage and support the Leasing S4 HANA CLM module across three ECC (SAP) instances. Process Ownership: Ensure end-to-end ownership of lease system processes, resolving issues, and providing monthly close support. Collaboration: Partner with ITS, Lease COE, and AER to address system issues and coordinate testing. Continuous Improvement: Collect business requirements, coordinate with technical teams for system changes, and drive improvements. Leadership: Oversee process owners for North America and Latin America, ensuring projects meet business requirements. Training & Support: Provide SAP training to business users and support monthly close processes. Communication: Ensure harmonization of processes and system design through effective communication. What We're Looking For: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; M.B.A. preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience, with at least 6 years in accounting. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP FICO, S4 Hana, and CLM (Lease Accounting system). Project Management: Proven track record in financial systems and process improvements. Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership and team management abilities. Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent influencing and communication skills. Technical Prowess: Proficiency in Excel, technical skills, and problem-solving. Detail-Oriented: Ability to work with details and understand business implications.
