The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business rules using IBM ODM and integrating them with enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop Decision Tables, Decision Trees, Action Rules (BRL), Technical Rules, Rule Flows, BOM, XOM, Synthetic Classes, and Functions in IBM ODM. Set up and configure the IBM ODM Decision Center for business users. Deploy Rule Apps and Rule Sets in the Rule Execution Server (RES). Integrate IBM ODM with SOA-based applications using Java and Web Services (SOAP/REST, JSON). Perform unit testing with JUnit and ensure test-driven development practices. Troubleshoot and debug rules projects to ensure they meet business requirements and industry standards. Work independently or collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with different levels of management.Essential Skills: 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM ODM (8.9.x and above). Strong expertise in Core Java, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and JSON. Experience with IBM ODM Decision Center setup and deployment. Knowledge of SOA principles and integrating rule engines with enterprise applications. Experience in unit testing and debugging using JUnit.Desirable Skills: Experience with SAP BRF (Business Rules Framework) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
