Job Title: Principal Consultant Entra ID with 15+ Years Location: Remote Job Type: C2C Primary Skills (Must Have) : Active Directory expert including AD Domain migrations using Quest/ADMT or similar tool, PKI, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Azure AD, DFS Secondary Skills (Good to Have) : M365, Security, NPS, and Wintel Your key responsibilities Should have worked and handled end to end projects related to Active Directory Domain migration/consolidation Strong experience on Infrastructure assessment, solution design, architecture, planning and execution for Active Directory domain migrations Experience on Active Directory domain migrations using Quest/ADMT or similar tool - This is a must Designing, Configuring, and maintaining Active Directory services on Windows server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 DC Assessment of all domains and Forest along with IIS, File, Print, Database servers etc. Good exposure on FIM and ADFS Implementation of Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access policies, MFA, FIDO Authentication, Windows hello for Business setup Should have worked on GPO consolidation, OU restructuring, AD Sites, permissions, and Domain decommissioning and sizing projects. Gather migration requirements interacting with multiple stakeholders and Application Owners Prepare Migration approach / Design for all Application/servers architectural components Good to have Exposure on Azure Infrastructure as a service. Familiarity in the following areas: Single Sign On, directory schema, replication topology, RBAC, User lifecycle. Managing Identity and Access Management of Azure subscriptions, Azure AD, Azure AD Application Proxy, Azure AD PTA Successfully established and tested Azure Ad tenant for production with experience in syncing the Objects, users, groups, workstation in Hybrid approach. Should have worked on cloud migration using 3rd party migration tools. Remediation of domains, Domain controllers build, Functional level upgrade. Expert level knowledge of designing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and PKI architecture Good to have - understanding on authentication protocols such as SAML, WS-Fed, Oauth and OpenID. Design and implementation of Active Directory Federation Services. Troubleshooting AD Domain migration related issues and suggest best practices End to end support for migration of all directory objects Executing technical feasibility assessments, solution estimates and proposal development for moving identified workloads to Windows Azure Design and develop specialized automation tools, scripts, and processes for administration and performance monitoring. Team player, ability to be able to work with virtual teams Ability to work in a variety of client settings and platforms Power: Knowledge of scripting is must with good hand-on experience on modules: Windows PS, AD Ps, Azure AD Ps, MS Exchange Online Skills and attributes for success A willingness to be flexible in responding to issues as they occur and the ability to identify product/deployment improvements to mitigate future occurrences Self-motivated, Strong communication and team building skills.
