That means they need to be SHARP!! This company uses Workday HCM normally. They acquired a company that utilized UltiPro HCM and they are needing someone internally to manage that implementation. The go-between between the company and the implementation partner. They will also need to do some hands-on troubleshooting / configs. They will also be integrating some of Legends legacy HCM into Workday HCM. JOB SUMMARY The Senior Workday Integration Consultant will serve as the primary Project Lead and will join a team that has been successfully utilizing Workday HCM for several years, however, a recent acquisition acquired an entity that is currently using UKG Ultipro HCM. The Senior Workday Integration Consultant will act as the key liaison between the implementation partner (Mercer) and two business units. The project is targeted for a July go-live, which may extend as there are plans to implement performance management in the future. The Senior Workday Integration Consultant must possess strong experience managing cross-functional teams and acting as an arbitrator between the organization and the implementation partner. The Senior Workday Integration Consultant MUST possesses experience working within distributed organizations or companies with multiple locations. Additionally, and while not required, exposure to UltiPro would be a helpful asset.
