Job Title: SAP Plant Maintenance Engineer Location: St Albans, VT - Fully Onsite Duration of project: 6 months+ Required visa: Any visa (Except and CPT) Mode of Interview: Video Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Engineer with a strong background in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to support several critical changes and projects in 2025. This role focuses on ensuring the successful implementation of maintenance tasks and technical solutions, particularly in SAP-PM and Calibration migration projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the maintenance team to build maintenance task lists, develop schedules, organize data, and assist with SAP migration efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in preventative maintenance, SAP, and data management within a regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and build maintenance task lists within CMMS (SAP-PM). Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to establish and maintain preventative/predictive maintenance schedules. Author training materials and technical documentation for maintenance processes. Organize and prepare data using Excel for seamless migration to SAP. Enter, validate, and build maintenance-related data within SAP. Support the creation of Bills of Materials (BOMs) for preventative maintenance and various maintenance projects. Qualifications and Skills: Hands-on experience with CMMS, specifically SAP-PM 8-10 years of experience Proven expertise in developing preventative and predictive maintenance schedules. Strong technical writing skills for creating training and process documentation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, testing, and organization). Experience in building and maintaining BOMs for maintenance tasks and projects. Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
