Experience with defect tracking tools like Azure DevOps. Knowledge of automated testing tools like Selenium. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience with Energy and Utility Cloud as well as Experience Cloud Proficiency in Salesforce, including understanding its integration with other systems like PowerClerk and CCB. This involves creating and executing test scripts, and managing data migration and integration tasks. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly those used in the project such as Azure. This includes setting up and managing testing environments in the cloud. Skills: o Knowledge of QA methodologies and tools. o Familiarity with SQL and scripting. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. o Basic salesforce experience, to be able to navigate through and perform test scripts.
