Job Description- If they are currently in Wisconsin and have a working history in the state, need 10+ years in the following: .NET Application Architect Roles .NET Modernization/Re-write Project(s) .NET CORE, ASP.NET CORE v6-8 (2+yrs) Azure SQL (2+yrs) GitHub (version control, Actions CI/CD) (2+yrs) Material Design Libraries Component frameworks If they would need to relocate to Wisconsin, I would want to see the above items PLUS: 13+ years (vs 10+ above) .NET Modernization/Re-write Project(s) (5+ years) Blazor MudBlazor Agile Oracle DBMS Control-M Batch Jobs LINQ or Entity Framework (EF) Government Experience in DWD (in WI or other states) DETAILS: This is a technical leadership position to drive the development and support of the IRIS 2.0 modernization project, which will fully replace the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation's case management system. The candidate will play an integral role in self-directed project teams for this high-priority development project, with work including: Application architecture design and development Integration with 3rd party internal and external systems Migration of database technology from Oracle to Azure SQL and data conversion Cloud computing environment management Legacy code and logical requirement analysis Successful candidates will have proven experience in designing, creating, and maintaining web services, system integrations, web development, and complex online transaction processing (OLTP). REQUIRED SKILLS: 5+ years' experience leading modernization projects from legacy to modern systems using MudBlazor. 2+ years' experience as a .NET expert with ASP.NET Core v6-8. 2+ years' experience with Azure SQL cloud solutions. 2+ years' experience with GitHub version control and GitHub Actions CI/CD. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: Agile development experience. Oracle database & Control-M batch jobs. LINQ or Entity Framework. Government IT experience (especially DWD environments). INTERVIEW PROCESS: Microsoft Teams (camera required). Real-time screenshot photo of candidate must be uploaded with bid submission. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: No specific equipment requirements mentioned.
