The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aligning IT systems with organizational business processes and managing Microsoft Azure environments. The role requires strong technical expertise in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and security best practices.Mandatory Qualifications: Minimum five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with business processes, with at least three (3) years in a lead capacity. Bachelors degree in an IT-related or Engineering field (additional qualifying experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis). Ten (10) years of experience developing IT infrastructure solutions as a lead architect. Ten (10) years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation. Seven (7) years of experience as a senior systems engineer establishing web application environments. Eight (8) years of experience providing direct support for web systems environments, including web application installations, upgrades, deployments, and managing hosting servers. Five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Azure/M365 infrastructure and products. Three (3) years of experience administering and managing Microsoft EntraID. Eight (8) years of experience configuring server, group, and service account security, including customization of security policies. Eight (8) years of experience administering Active Directory.Technical Skills & Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including Wintel, VMware, Networking, Storage, Data Security, Databases, and Data Center Facilities Management. Experience with Virtual Desktop solutions. Ability to establish performance baselines and optimize server, site, and web application performance. Expertise in identifying and evaluating infrastructure changes that impact web servers, applications, and security. Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication, authorization, and access issues within an EntraID/AD hybrid ecosystem. Deep understanding of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting. Experience with VMware NSX virtual switch fabric. Hands-on experience deploying and managing Azure cloud services. Strong documentation skills, including writing technical documents and system diagrams. Ability to develop and implement disaster recovery and operational recovery plans.
