The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP tax integration, tax calculation troubleshooting, and compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the lead for new and existing system implementations and upgrades, focusing on indirect tax compliance, indirect tax determination, and income tax system-related work. Configure and maintain ERP tax integration with ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination. Ensure timely application of content updates and troubleshoot tax calculation issues to maintain system accuracy and completeness. Apply expertise in complex sales tax concepts to develop and maintain tax systems and data flows. Work with VAT or other tax reporting applications, integrating with ERP, middleware, or data warehousing solutions. Design, configure, and implement seamless integrations between ONESOURCE and enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Coupa. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. Configure ONESOURCE modules, ensuring proper data mapping, tax calculation, and reporting functionalities that align with SAP, Salesforce, and Coupa. Troubleshoot integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve technical challenges across the integrated systems. Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and business rules during integration processes. Perform system testing to verify data integrity and accuracy, resolving any issues in the integration flow. Provide training and ongoing support to users to enhance efficiency and proper system usage. Identify opportunities for process improvement through system integration and automation. Support post-implementation monitoring and optimization efforts to maintain system efficiency and alignment with evolving business needs.
