At least 5 years of experience specifically with Tibco iProcess. Experience in administering web servers such as WebSphere, Portal, Tomcat, and IIS. Proficiency with AIX/Linux OS and Windows. Highly desired experience with scripting, JAVA/JMX, and Python. Experience with databases and SQL query writing. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Possess good knowledge of network Strong ability to learn new technologies. Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, Zenoss, AWS CloudWatch, and CI/CD tools is a plus.
