Responsibilities: Participate in both technical and business analysis requirements gathering. Work within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban. Participate in an agile development environment - write user stories and acceptance criteria. Assist business product owners with communicating their requirements clearly for the sprint team members to create an application or enhance existing applications. Function as a resource between IT developers, sprint team members and the business units; serve as a point of contact for advanced and technical issue logging, tracking, and resolution. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Extensive experience eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site analysis and use cases. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experience in an agile development environment.
