Configuration: Configure and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud to align with the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, including data model customization, workflow automation, and security settings Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and other systems, such as laboratory information systems (LIS), electronic health records (EHR), and supply chain management platforms. Data Management: Implement data migration and management strategies to ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry regulations, including adherence to HIPAA. Collaboration: Collaborate with pharmaceutical clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, offering technical solutions to improve patient engagement and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification (preferred). A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer. Proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud, including data model customization, Lightning development, and configuration. Experience with healthcare and pharmaceutical systems, including familiarity with electronic health records and pharmaceutical operations. Strong knowledge of integration tools and strategies, such as RESTSOAP APIs and middleware. Solid data migration, data modeling, and database management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work closely with pharmaceutical clients and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
