Job Description: We are seeking a Data Engineer to join a dynamic team in Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and business intelligence, with expertise in managing and optimizing data warehousing environments. You will work with a team of experienced professionals to support and innovate within the data warehousing ecosystem, migrating processes to cloud-native platforms such as Azure Synapse. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing and maintaining the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack data warehousing environment and data marts. Apply analytical skills to understand and fulfill business analytics needs. Collaborate with business process owners and source system developers to adapt to evolving business requirements. Help optimize data warehouse architecture and operations based on refactored data mart development practices. Migrate data marts from on-premises systems to cloud platforms like Azure. Support ongoing development and innovation in data warehousing. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred. Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience. Technical Skills: SQL, PL/SQL, .Net/C#, JSON, XML Snowflake, Informatica Azure/cloud computing, Tableau, SSRS, Excel, SharePoint Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation. Proactive in personal development and actively seeking opportunities to grow. High energy, action-oriented, and results-driven. Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly to various audiences.
