Please find the detailed job description below Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant Job Location: North Dakota (Weekly Travel) Job Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in a consulting delivery role 3+ full life cycle SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 module implementations and support projects. Active Certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 a being required. Configure the Onboarding 2.0 module in SAP SuccessFactors based on business requirements and best practices in a multi-country environment. Strong hands-on experience in configuring Onboarding 2.0 module - Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports Advanced Reports). Must have worked on MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, workflows etc. Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 module, following best practices. Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing for Onboarding 2.0 module. Maintain accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes. Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into absence trends, patterns, and compliance. Superior communication skills, both verbals, written and listening. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, multi-task, work in a diverse team environment as well as work independently, and to understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
