This role requires onsite work 4 days per week, with no fully remote option. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP ABAP and a strong understanding of SAP Fiori development. As a member of the SAP Shared Services Development Team, you will support multiple development projects across various functional areas. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP applications using ABAP and Fiori. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP projects and initiatives. Develop and deploy SAP Fiori applications for enhanced user experiences. Optimize and enhance existing SAP code for performance and scalability. Lead development efforts and mentor junior developers as needed. Ensure adherence to SAP development best practices and standards. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of professional SAP ABAP development experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Fiori development (S/4HANA experience preferred). Proven experience supporting multiple projects across different functional areas. Strong understanding of SAP development lifecycle and best practices. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex SAP applications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in S/4HANA environments. Knowledge of SAP UI5 and OData services. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience leading development projects or mentoring team members.
