One will be in person as well. This role is hybrid, with a possibility of remote. *Please only submit local candidates from the Raleigh/Cary area. Our client is seeking a skilled Oracle ERP (Financials) Developer to join their team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle ERP solutions, particularly in the Financials module. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud, with hands-on experience in custom development, integrations, and configurations to support financial operations. Will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including analysts, integration developers, and functional leads, to deliver scalable ERP solutions while mentoring junior developers into the technologies so they can later become key contributors to the team. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and enhance Oracle ERP Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). Design and implement Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Reports for financial reporting needs. Develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and functions for financial transactions and data processing. Integrate Oracle ERP Financials with third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and web services. Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of ERP applications. Support ERP upgrades, patches, and system migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations. Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users. Required Qualifications Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials). Strong programming skills in PL/SQL, SQL, and Java (preferred). Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow Builder. Knowledge of financial business processes and accounting principles. Experience with integrations using APIs, Oracle SOA, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement). Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Financials data schema. Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFDI, and middleware tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Oracle SOA Suite). Strong programming skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services. Experience with Oracle Visual Builder, ADF, and Workflow Extensions is a plus. Deep understanding of financial accounting processes, procure-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash (O2C), and reporting workflows. Knowledge of tax reporting, financial consolidation, and multi-entity, multi-currency implementations. Proven experience managing technical aspects of large-scale ERP implementations. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance optimization and system stability. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making. Experience in writing clear technical specifications, user guides, and system documentation. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud ERP certifications in Financials, Integration, or OCI.
