Hi , Hope you are doing great today! Role :: OpenText Lead Location :: Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid Onsite) Duration :: 12 Months Lead the design and implementation of OpenText solutions, including Content Server, xECM, and other ECM components. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee OpenText system architecture, configurations, and custom development. Manage and mentor a team of OpenText developers and administrators. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of OpenText environments. Develop integration strategies for OpenText with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications. Troubleshoot and resolve OpenText-related technical issues. Stay updated with OpenText product updates, best practices, and industry trends. Provide documentation, training, and support to end users and IT teams. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in OpenText ECM solutions, including Content Server and xECM. Strong expertise in OpenText customization, configuration, and administration. Experience with OpenText Workflow, Smart View, and Extended ECM integrations. Knowledge of OpenText APIs, OScript, Java, or .NET for custom development. Experience with cloud-based OpenText solutions, including OpenText Cloud, Azure, AWS, and hybrid deployments. Experience integrating OpenText with SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft SharePoint is a plus. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
