They work closely with business users to understand financial processes, configure SAP solutions, and provide support to ensure efficient financial operations. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration : Configure SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, etc.). Customize financial processes to meet business requirements. Develop and implement SAP solutions for financial reporting, tax, and compliance needs. Business Process Analysis & Support : Work with stakeholders to gather financial and controlling requirements. Analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices. Provide end-user training and documentation. Integration & Data Management : Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.). Assist in data migration and validation for new implementations or upgrades. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for SAP FICO-related problems. Testing & Continuous Improvement : Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Optimize financial processes by leveraging SAP functionalities. Keep up with SAP updates, new releases, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields. SAP FICO certification is a plus. Technical & Functional Skills : Strong experience in SAP FICO module configuration and implementation. Knowledge of financial processes such as AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, and Costing. Experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO is an advantage. Understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP). Ability to troubleshoot and debug SAP financial transactions. Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
