Job Title: Oracle Identity Access Management (OIM) Admin or Support Engineer Work Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Must Have: OIM L3 level Support Oracle Identity Manager 12C Roles and Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for OIM administration, including application on-boarding, account reconciliations, job monitoring, release deployments user & system account provisioning and entitlement setup. Handle requests and incident through ticketing queues within ServiceNow. Complete user stories assigned to an iteration within Rally. Participate in all Scrum ceremonies. Running of jobs, monitoring, and resolving exceptions. Handling production incidents and support requests within our SLA. Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate, as necessary. Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures (Runbook) in SharePoint.
