Conduct user research via testing, focus groups, surveys, and interviews. Analyze and synthesize findings into actionable insights. Create formal reports and presentations for stakeholders. Collaborate with teams to ensure research drives product decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field. Strong expertise in user testing methodologies, survey design, and qualitative/quantitative research techniques. Proficiency in UX research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Lookback, Qualtrics, etc.). Experience in synthesizing complex data into compelling narratives and presentations. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering research insights to cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Figma, Miro, or other design collaboration tools.
