The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain experts and technical experts in the team. Prior experience working in Cloud migration projects is an added advantage for this position. Responsibilities: As a Technical Product Owner you will be a master at bridging the desires of the customer and the capabilities of the technology, removing barriers to software development. Responsible for grooming the product backlog and having insight into the technical requirements of individual stories thus creating a more efficient user experience Able to translate the technical requirements into user stories Serve as the conduit between user needs, technical capabilities, and engineering requirements, developing these into roadmaps and requirements for the Agile backlog of a development team Lead the backlog refinement of features and user stories and ensure delivery teams are prepared to meet sprint deadlines Work with others on a day-to-day basis to help make decisions on what is in scope and provide input into functional decisions Daily interaction with the teams building the products including teams in the US and India Coordinate with business customers and their project managers to ensure successful delivery Work with Architect(s) and Tech Lead(s), Site Reliability Engineer(s) (SREs) to identify non-functional requirements such as infrastructure needs You will work with Quality Assurance team member(s) to identify test cases for automated testing Requirements: BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Business or equivalent job experience required 10 plus years of IT experience and 2 plus years as a Product Owner 5+ years in experience managing product backlogs and requirements for Agile delivery teams in a Product Owner capacity Strong experience as a technical product owner within an agile environment You are skilled at removing roadblocks and can successfully evaluate workload to drive efficiency Solid understanding of product requirements and business analysis Strong experience in systems development life cycle, specifically solution design, analysis, architecture, and design Understanding of Cloud technologies Stakeholder management to lead on and ensure delivery Hands-on experience in managing multiple small/medium-sized projects Flexibility to manage time zone differences with international teams Prior experience working in Onsite-Offshore (US-India) model Thanks & Regards, Sameer Kumar Global IT Family Email: [email protected] www.globalitfamily.com Skype: sameer.satapathy LinkedIn : https://www.linkedin.com/in/sameer-satapathy-10ab0318/ (Open to connect in Linkedin) Connect with us!
