About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Lead to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for leading the implementation, solutioning, and support of ServiceNow applications, with a focus on ITSM, HRIS (specifically Employee Central), TPRM, and GRC. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise across these modules, demonstrable experience leading RFP responses, and a proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow projects. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRIS (Employee Central), TPRM, and GRC modules.
Provide expert-level guidance and support on ServiceNow best practices and functionality.
Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop effective solutions.
Manage the entire ServiceNow lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning to deployment and ongoing support.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
Proactively identify and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
Lead the response to RFPs, including solution design, pricing, and presentations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
Contribute to the development of ServiceNow roadmap and strategy.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary security measures.Provide training and support to end-users.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Deep expertise in ITSM, HRIS (specifically Employee Central), TPRM, and GRC modules.
Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly.
Experience with web services integration (REST, SOAP).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience responding to and developing winning RFP responses.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, Application Developer) are highly desirable.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
