Waiting for kind and positive response Please share some good consultants on this Contract requirement (Very High Priority) Tech PO- experience in Payments Domain is must Location: Atlanta, GA/ Frisco, TX Digital Payments TPO/ScrumMaster - JD Product Owner Responsibilities: Define, communicate, and execute the product vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs within the payments domain. Gather and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clear, actionable user stories are created for the development team. Refine the product backlog regularly, ensuring stories are well-defined and prioritized based on business needs and value. Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are understood, progress is communicated, and expectations are met. Ensure that each product release delivers measurable business value, guiding the team through testing, deployment, and post-release activities. Scrum Master Responsibilities: Lead agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, to ensure smooth and efficient sprint execution. Facilitate a collaborative environment, resolve impediments, and ensure that the development team has everything needed to succeed. Act as an agile coach, mentoring team members on agile practices and encouraging continuous improvement within the team. Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. ________________________________________ Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience in Payments: Strong experience in the payments domain (e.g., fintech, card payments, digital wallets, payment gateways, etc.) and understanding of payment processing systems, regulations, and trends. Product Management Experience: Proven track record as a product owner or product manager, ideally within fintech or payment-related products. Scrum Master Expertise: Solid experience as a Scrum Master, with the ability to lead agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and coach teams on Scrum best practices. Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a history of delivering successful products using agile frameworks. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges early on, propose solutions, and drive improvements to optimize product and team performance. Certification: Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) and/or Product Management certification is a plus.
