Job Description: Facilitation of Scrum Master Daily Scrum Meetings Sprint Planning Meetings Sprint Review Meetings Sprint Retrospective Meetings Maintain Team Dynamics Coaching team members (e.g., with one-on-one coaching) Mediating through impediments & conflicts Identifying outstanding project and product decisions impacting team delivery Fostering the assigned teams self-organization Supporting Team, Project, and Organization goals with project leaders and product owner(s) Giving feedback to the team Encouraging the use of Agile Practices within the development teams Recognizing team productivity issues & fostering continuous improvement methods to resolve the issues.
