Additional Skills Job Description SAP Cutover Lead Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute cutover activities for SAP S/4 HANA delivery. Manage and coordinate 600+ cutover steps, with heavy involvement in the first two and last two days of each 7-day cutover. Engage with multiple bolt-on systems and ensure seamless integration. Communicate effectively with technical offshore components and leadership. Coordinate a team of 30+ people during cutover phases. Utilize expertise in S4, HRC, and Sitetrade. Skills and Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent ability to communicate well with teammates and execute within the delivery model from day one. Ambitious personality preferred. SME level, hands-on ability within similar environments (S4, HRC, Sitetrade). Team Culture: Collaborative and communicative team environment.
